Auto Glass Services offers a range of auto glass repair and replacement services including, but not limited to:
Windshield repair and replacement
Side and rear window replacement
Mobile auto glass services
ADAS recalibration for vehicles with advanced safety systems
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
- Appointments & Cancelations
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking an appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice.
Last minute cancelations may be subject to a cancelation fee. - Prices & Payments
Prices are based on vehicle make, model, glass type and location of repair.
Unless otherwise agreed, the full amount is payable at the time of repair.
We accept [list of payment methods], and all transactions are secure. - Insurance claims
We will assist you with insurance claims but approval and cover will depend on your insurance provider.
The customer is responsible for the excess as per their insurance policy.
Denied claims must be paid directly by the customer. - Warranty and liability
We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials, excluding damage caused by external influences.
The warranty is void if the installed glass is affected by improper care or modifications by third parties.
Auto Glass Services is not liable for pre-damage, rust or structural problems that affect the quality of the service. - Responsibilities of the customer
The customer must check the service before leaving the building or before the technician leaves.
Any problems should be reported immediately so that they can be rectified.
Vehicles with advanced driver assistance systems may require ADAS recalibration; failure to do so may affect the vehicle’s performance. - Privacy and data protection
We respect your privacy and treat personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information collected is used solely for the provision of services and for communication purposes. - Intellectual property
